With all of the trending modern farmhouse style homes we’ve been seeing and with the current design we thought it would be a great opportunity to achieve this look with our home. The ranch style roof structure allowed us to break up with roof sections by adding metal to all of the lower sections along with the 3 season porch. We really love the contrast between all the white and black so we decided to go with black for tall the windows, soffit, fascia and gutters which really gave our home the curb appeal we were looking to achieve. We’ve lived in our home for just over 6 years and after completing our exterior renovation we absolutely love driving in to our neighborhood and seeing the end result of the transformation.
3D Design
- First we generated a 3D rendering of the exterior remodel (see Before Photo). We were so happy with the way the completed remodel came out and you can see how close it came to the 3D rendering (see After Photo). We offer similar 3D renderings to our clients so they can get a good idea of what their complete project will look it.
- Feel free to take a look at some more Before & After photos below of the various different aspects of the Home Remodel project!
